What if I want to ship to a different address?

Please make sure to update your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is confirmed.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I request a specific figure not listed on your site?

You can contact us with requests. We’ll try our best to locate it, but availability is not guaranteed.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our items are officially licensed and authentic figures from trusted manufacturers in Japan.

What condition are your figures in?

All items are brand-new, unused, and come in original packaging unless stated otherwise.

Will I receive a tracking number after placing an order?

Yes. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your item is shipped.

Do you sell prize figures from crane games in Japan?

Yes, we specialize in Japanese prize figures from popular series and limited-time releases.

When do you restock sold-out items?

Restock depends on availability from suppliers. Follow our Instagram or join our mailing list for updates.

Can I reserve a figure before it’s released?

Currently we do not accept pre-orders, but we post release updates regularly on social media.

Can I cancel or return my order?

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as: ・Change of mind ・Ordering the wrong item ・Delays due to customs or shipping carriers Ineligible returns may not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and support!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, while express options like FedEx may take 2–5 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Japan Post with tracking.
